Challenge: Increase multichannel campaign efficiency and boost sales

Giga Meubel aimed to boost both their online and in-store sales by reaching customers wherever they shop: from Google Shopping to social channels and marketplaces. To achieve this, the Dutch furniture company partnered with NeoSEM to enhance the efficiency of their advertising spend and increase the visibility of their campaigns across channels.

Approach and implementation: Combined use of Producthero and Channable solutions

  1. Switch from Google CSS to Producthero CSS 

NeoSEM, whose team had already used Producthero tools for multiple other customers, relied again on Producthero CSS to enhance the performance of Giga Meubel’s Shopping campaigns on Google and gain additional bidding margin. This easy switch from Google CSS to the CSS of Producthero allowed them to have a 20% margin advantage in Shopping ad auctions, which translates to stronger campaign performance, more visibility, and better results with the same budget in comparison to advertisers using Google’s default CSS.

  1.  Implement Producthero Labelizer & Products AI for Shopping campaigns on Google

After the switch, they also activated Producthero Labelizer and Products AI, enabling smart segmentation and AI-driven product feed optimisations that aligned more closely with user intent and Shopping campaign goals on Google.

The Labelizer allowed them to segment products based on performance and strategic value, making it easier to tailor bidding strategies and prioritise high-impact items.

At the same time, Products AI helped them optimise Giga Meubel’s product feed content (including titles, descriptions, categories and many more attributes) while keeping control over AI outputs.

Once they started seeing results from switching to Producthero CSS and segmenting products based on their performance with the Labelizer Strategy, the NeoSEM team imported the optimised and segmented data into Channable for further and more advanced optimisations within different channels.

Importing the data into Channable’s feed management tool allowed them to apply even more advanced feed rules, structure the data in greater detail, and ensure campaign logic was tailored to different platforms and audiences.

NeoSEM used master rules to standardise the data for all channels and then fine-tune platform-specific elements individually. This approach ensures consistent quality and saves a significant amount of time.

Within Giga Meubel’s multichannel strategy, both generalist marketplaces like Bol, Amazon or Kaufland and more industry-specific platforms such as fonQ, HomeDeco, or Home24 had great importance in reaching their target audience. 

That’s why they also used Channable’s marketplaces integration to automate and simplify product listings, stock updates, and order management while saving time and staying compliant with the different platforms’ requirements.

  1. Dynamic Image Editor to create ad visuals at scale

Given Giga Meubel’s presence across multiple marketplaces and channels, streamlining ad creation was crucial for efficiency, and Channable’s Creatives module played a key role in achieving that.

The image rules feature of this tool allowed them to ensure precision and efficiency. Specifically, these were the main rules NeoSEM used for Giga Meubel: 

  • Brand-specific creatives: They filtered their own-brand products by excluding all other brands for tailored branding creatives.
  • Sale templates: Using a rule that checks if the sale price is lower than the base price, they automatically applied sale image templates to discounted items.
  • New arrivals: By checking the import date in Channable, products added in the last two weeks were dynamically highlighted with a “New” banner.
  • Lifestyle visuals: Products were grouped and styled according to interior trends (e.g., industrial, Scandinavian, modern) to create visuals that resonate with specific customer preferences. Using the performance data from Producthero within Channable, they highlighted the most popular products within each trend.

Results

After switching to Producthero CSS, Giga Meubel saw an increase of nearly 20% in impressions with the same budget. This allowed them to reach a wider audience and ultimately drive more revenue without increasing their spend.
