Challenge: boost traffic to drive higher overall account spending
To boost its website traffic, Pilgrim initially partnered with the Obsidian Digital team by lowering targets and increasing the advertisement budget. However, this approach proved ineffective. That is when Obsidian Digital, who had already tested the efficiency and effectiveness of Products AI with other customers, decided to improve product title quality and drive better results using this AI-powered tool.
Implementation
To focus on the products they wanted to optimise, the Obsidian Digital team made use of Products AI’s advanced filter options.
Next, they selected products in bulk and adjusted the different optimisation settings, including title template, language and the level of AI creativity. For this specific campaign, they used the apparel title-focused template.
Results
Optimizing the selected Pilgrim products led to a noticeable rise in impressions and clicks, significantly increasing the visibility of their Shopping ads in under a month:
