With over 20 years of experience in the thermal installation trade, Konnect Shop has built its reputation on technical expertise, reliable service, and customer-first thinking. As the company expanded into e-commerce, its online platform became a key growth driver, serving both professional installers and individual customers across Romania.

However, Konnect Shop operates in a highly competitive market, where cost per click (CPC) can quickly erode profitability. Therefore, the goal was to increase volume and improve ROAS without raising advertising spend. Approach & Implementation

Next steps
